Name:Tanith Gray
E-mail:tanith-gray@hotmail.com
Bio:General Information: The rare specimen Dea_Caelesti is considered to be a member of the Corvidae family of birds, despite it not being of avian descent. The Dea_Caelesti, more commonly known as the Dea or the Tanith Gray, has been classified amongst the Corvidae because it shares several key features with those birds. Like Magpies, Ravens, and Crows, the Dea_Caelesti has been known to talk occasionally and say seemingly random things. The Dea_Caelesti is also known for it's love of shiny objects and, as with its avian cousins, small shiny objects (such as loose change) have been known to disappear around it. It also shares its sharp beak with its avian cousins, as well as its slightly aloof mannerisms. This specimen is known for its quiet and shy demeanour; however (given the opportunity in a reasonably safe environment) it has been know to speak excessively about very little and has developed a fondness for startling unsuspecting picnickers by suddenly speaking.

The Dea_Caelesti enjoys problem solving games when in the mood for them. It also has a fondness for listening to others. All though at first glance it may seem like a quite unproductive species, but on closer analysis one can see that it is almost always busy with something. While the Dea_Caelesti is not a solitary animal by nature, it prefers the company of a small group of close companions to large groups of acquaintances. The Dea_Caelesti is usually a friendly specimen, though it will bite if provoked.

Feeding, size and physical characteristics: The Dea_Caelesti feeds mostly on conversations, but has also developed a healthy appetite for fiction; especially fanfiction of the historical and slash varieties. The specimen Dea_Caelesti is somewhat larger than its avian cousins (being large enough for its talons to be used on a computer) and is notably different than its avian cousins for its feathers are of a dark brown shade rather than black.

Shipping and Handling information: The Dea_Caelesti is a highly migratory species. It was first sighted somewhere in Europe and since then has been seen in North America, Australia, and most recently here in New Zealand. The specimen seems to prefer temperate zones. When transporting the Dea_Caelesti please insure that the crate it is placed in spends the entire journey with the “This Way Up” arrow pointing up. Alternately, one can suggest the desired destination to the specimen and it will find its own way there.

Friending Information: I will probably friendslock most of my posts, this is because I am shy and not good at socialising, not because I'm unfriendly. I will - most likely - be perfectly happy to friend you if you friend me.
